In 2022, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Department of Public Health, Cuyahoga County Board of Health, The MetroHealth System, Southwest General Health System, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, and University Hospitals conducted a joint community health needs assessment (“2022 Cuyahoga County CHNA”).

This data brief describes the health-promoting and risk behavior trends of high school students in Cuyahoga County who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and/or transgender (LGBT), as well as those who are still exploring their gender identity and/or sexual orientation.
